In the world of retail asset protection, gone are the days of the old-fashioned “cops and robbers” reputation. Today’s asset protection specialists are technology leaders, continually looking for better ways to protect people and the business, while facilitating a superlative customer experience. In fact, many of retail’s most notable advancements were driven in part from an asset protection foundation, from cash registers, to bar codes, to the humble receipt.
